1. Represent you as a Buyer’s Agent, looking out for your best interest in the transaction. 
2. Meet with you in person, to ascertain what type of property you are looking for and when you want to purchase. 
3. Establish criteria for homes based upon the information that you provide in your meeting.
4. Set you up on an MLS Flash, that will email you all homes that fit your criteria, and continue to update you with new properties on the market.   
5. Meet with you to discuss any properties from the emails or from your  drive-bys
6. Schedule times to show any property that is of interest to you. 
7. Provide a 6 to 12 month market analysis for any property that is of interest to you. 
8. Provide you with purchase and negotiation strategies.
9. Prepare contract offer and negotiate terms
10. Aid in the contract process including inspections, warranties, insurance, etc.
11. Advise you in all aspects of the transaction.
