What do I do for Sellers

1.  Walk the subject property, analyze comparables, and suggest a possible listing price.
2. Walk you through the listing contract, and make sure that you are clear on all paragraphs.
3. Place property on the Bryan/College Station Multiple Listing Service, including 8 pictures of the home.
4. Advertise the home on websites including:  Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Century 21.com, www.judbradford.com
5. Advertise the home periodically in the Bryan/College Station Eagle.
6. Input the home into rotation on Suddenlink Homesource, Channel 11.
7. Send out 50 Justlisted Cards to the local area.
8. Place the home in the Century 21 Beal, Inc. Homes Magazine
9. Bring Realtors form Century 21 and all other Real Estate Companies in Bryan/College Station.
10. Distribute flyers with information about your property to the local community.
