About
I have served as a realtor for 20 years, from 1989-2009. I have participated in over 600 transactions, involving all types of residential real estate. I understand the good, the bad, the ups, the downs, the great deals and the sour punches. But most importantly, I understand the market, and if a client wants to sell or buy a piece of property, he or she needs a competent, informed agent to guide them through a seemingly endless sea of miscommunication.
Real Estate is said to be a local business. It can not be boxed in to a national trend, whether beneficial or not. I can provide to you statistical information about the Bryan/College Station market, and show you quantitative evidence of where our market is moving.
I, along with my assistant, will offer you prompt service, informed and educated advice, updated information about any aspect of the local real estate scene, and our upmost attention in making your real estate dealings a success.
Hobbies and Interests
I spent most of my spare time traveling. We lived in the fare east for two years and travelled extensively while there. My husband’s job has taken him to several European countries and I have been able to visit hime there on several occasions. We have also both been involved with the HOST program and Sister Cities.
